Jelena Papović, painter

  • Jelena Papovic

“Silence means coming back to your child self, where we know everything. Where we understand and sympathize and forgive. Recognition, awareness, omniscience... Resignation to the amazing greatness of Light around us. Working on the movement inside the canvas, dancing in quiet tones, observing the defense of un-existent.”

Jelena Papovich was born in Cetinje, Montenegro in 1975. In 1997 graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Cetinje, Montenegro in master class of famous Montenegrin artist Nikola Gvozdenovich Gvozda. She is a member of ULCG (The Society of Fine Artists of Montenegro). Jelena lives and works in Budva, Montenegro.
Her paintings are to find in private collections all over the world.
